I forgot my password — what now?

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password" and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.

How do I enable location sharing?

Open Profile → Privacy Settings and toggle "Allow location use". You can configure visibility per friend separately under Profile → Location & Sharing.

I'm not receiving push notifications.

First check that you have granted Festive notification permission in your phone's system settings. Inside the app you can fine-tune categories under Profile → Notifications (lineup reminders, friends, chat).

How does the AI lineup import work (admin)?

In the AI Assistant, open "Extract from image", choose type (lineup or timetable), festival and optionally the date. Upload an image and tap "Extract with AI". Requires a saved OpenRouter or Gemini API key with a vision-capable model (e.g. Claude Sonnet 4.5 or Gemini 2.0 Flash).

How can I delete my account?

Open Profile → Account → Delete account. Deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data is removed from the server immediately.

How do I revoke my privacy consent?

Open Profile → Privacy Settings. Here you can revoke any of the three consents (privacy, storage, location) at any time. Revoking location consent additionally and permanently deletes your tent markers and stored live location on the server (GDPR Art. 17).

Is my data sold or used for ads?

No. Festive contains zero advertising, zero tracking and never shares data with ad networks. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Does the app work offline?

Partially — your saved timetable and festival data are available offline. Live updates, chat and lineup imports require an internet connection.
