Uploaded lineup/timetable images are forwarded to OpenRouter or Google Gemini for analysis (see recipient list below). No third-party user images are processed without their consent.
The app only stores strictly necessary information locally: your session token (JWT in SecureStore/localStorage), language preference, recent filter choices and — if granted — the anonymous push token. This is permitted without consent under § 25 (2) No. 2 TTDSG. We do not use any tracking, analytics or marketing cookies.
The app contains no advertising networks and no analytics/tracking SDKs (Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, Sentry, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Adjust, AppsFlyer). No advertising IDs (IDFA/AAID) are read, no cross-app tracking, no profiling per Art. 22 GDPR.
Art. 28 GDPR data-processing agreements are in place with all processors. A copy of the relevant SCC is available on request.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:
Every call to our backend API automatically processes the following information at the hosting layer: IP address, timestamp, requested resource, HTTP status code, user agent. This is used solely for security forensics (e.g. brute-force detection) and is automatically deleted after 30 days. Legal basis: GDPR Art. 6 (1)(f) (legitimate interest in secure operation). No combination with other data sources takes place.
The app is intended for users aged 16 and older. By signing up you confirm that you meet this minimum age. If we become aware that younger users have created an account without parental consent, we will delete that account immediately.
We do not perform automated decision-making (including profiling) that produces legal effects on you or similarly significantly affects you. The AI-assisted lineup import is an admin helper and does not concern personal decisions about users.
Your data is only disclosed to authorities when legally required (e.g. court order) or in cases of imminent danger to life and limb. No voluntary disclosure beyond that takes place.
You have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Consents can be revoked at any time (Art. 7 (3)). The lawfulness of prior processing remains unaffected.

Erasure (Art. 17): in-app under Profile → Account → "Delete account" — deletion is immediate; backups are purged within 30 days at the latest.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority (Bavarian Data Protection Authority — BayLDA, Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany).
All traffic uses TLS (HTTPS). Passwords are stored as bcrypt hashes only. Session tokens are kept on-device in SecureStore (iOS Keychain / Android EncryptedSharedPreferences).
